Meet the Ron Butler Mortgage Team

William Butler – (Reg.# M08003555)

Being raised and surrounded by a family of finance professionals, this industry/profession came as a natural fit for me. I use the knowledge and experience that I have gained combined with the client oriented service that I strive to provide, resulting in the best possible mortgage solution that fits your needs.

My goal is to leave my clients completely satisfied with their mortgage transaction. I will take the time to guide you, step-by-step, through the entire process with the purpose of ultimately leading you to be a mortgage free homeowner.

Services include but are not limited to 1st, 2nd, and 3rd mortgages, Purchase or Re-Finance, Debt Consolidation, and all at lower than posted bank rates. Please feel free to contact me for more specific information on the different types of mortgage solutions and services I can provide.

Michael Armstrong (Reg.# M08003290)

Michael Armstrong brings over 30 years of Financial and Corporate Security background to The Butler Mortgage Team. Mike has been a key member of The Butler Mortgage Team for 5 years now and handles all Private Mortgage Administration. Michael also undertakes the day to day operations of The Butler Mortgage Team’s Private Investment placement and compliance.

Lucille Botelho

Lucille holds the position of Office Administration and has 7 years of experience in the Mortgage Industry, she brings with her 16 years of customer service and administration skills. Lucille oversees the day to day operations of our office and interacts with all the parties involved in your loan process to ensure a smooth efficient funding of your mortgage. She is dedicated to providing the best possible service for all of our clients.

Oscar Alviar (Reg.# M08003279)

For 7 years Mr. Alviar acted as Regional Financial Director of Boehringer Ingelheim. He  arrived in Canada from South America in early 2001 and became a Mortgage Consultant & Financial Advisor. He has 20 years experience in banking, insurance and lending. He has expertise in The New Home Buyers Plan, New to Canada CMHC programs and currently manages RRSP loan facilities for our clients with our financial partners at B2B Trust and AGF Trust. Mr. Alviar holds an Economics degree and is working on his Financial Planning Designation.

Mr. Alviar is fluent in both English & Spanish.

Daniel Sinopoli (Reg.# M08004352)

Daniel has been involved in the financial service industry for the past 12 years. He has been associated with Homeguard Funding Ltd and The Butler Mortgage Team since 2000. Daniel graduated with an Honours Commerce degree from McMaster University in 1996. Over the past 12 years, his continuing education has expanded his overall knowledge and expertise in all areas of financial services. Daniel is willing and well prepared to work with all clients, provide a careful review, and assist in whatever their specific needs are.
