I was hesitant to go through a ‘mortgage broker’ for our mortgage. I thought I would be better served if I worked directly with a ‘Big Bank’. I don't think I could be more confident and satisfied with the decision to use Butler Mortgage. They are very knowledgeable, professional, diligent and competent. I had a complex refinance for my Mortgage due to multiple debts. Anthony and Nishant worked it out for me and everything went smoothly. They are clear with the process and expectation. I was in a time crunch due to my old mortgage maturing but we still end up closing the new mortgage in a very timely manner. After asking a mortgage broker friend of mine and getting quoted 4.5(mid Sept) on a 5 year Variable Mortgage. I called Butler. I have followed Ron Butler for couple years now on Twitter. I got to speak with Steve, who quoted 3.85 on that same 5 year Variable! Working with them was easy. I have a definitely will let others know, they get the best rates.

I found out about Butler from Ratehub and called in for information. I was very happy with rate they provide and decided to go with them.
